If you would like to return an item please email me at -  with details about your purchase, your reason for returning, and photos of the product.  Refunds may take up to a week.

To return shoes for a refund, the shoes should be in an unused condition in their original packaging with the protective film still attached.

All shoes are checked before being sent for delivery but if yours arrive in a faulty condition, they will be replaced free of charge. 

Please note we are unable to accept custom made shoes for return unless faulty.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
